PKBR Staff Writer Published 25 September 2017

ProMach Performance Services offering has been introduced at Pack Expo Las Vegas 2017.

The offering is a single source of technical experts working together to deliver integrated solutions, engineering, design/build, and productivity software, anywhere in the world.

It features four service platforms, each offering customers unique capabilities and expertise.

From concept to final validation, ProMach Performance Services offers pre-integration of parts or entire systems, built and tested in their own facilities to minimize risk, resolve integration issues, decrease downtime and startup curves.

Its engineering service is claimed to be offering complete project management along with mechanical and electrical engineering, which includes retrofits, upgrades, on-site services, installations and startups.

They are an approved integrator for a wide range of robotics and automation systems. There is also a focus on cost savings, optimization and speed to market.

The design build service can help with custom design and build of complex packaging machines. The platform will use 3D modeling, prototyping and testing resources, ProMach Performance Services can also help in the designing and building proprietary systems that can rapidly get any product to market and deliver a competitive advantage.

Its productivity software offers data collection and analysis tools for monitoring, controlling and improving floor operations each and every machine from the entire process.

It helps in improving uptime, quality and speed with its ZPI tools, which can exchange information across every system in the plant and can help in constant improvement, optimization and granular metrics that bring in real efficiencies.

ProMach Performance Services vice president and general manager Frank Volpe said: “As consumer packaged goods engineering teams are getting smaller, companies are increasingly looking to partner with original equipment manufacturers, like ProMach, to provide engineering and integration services and become an extension of their business.

“We partner with customers from concept to completion with project management support and we take the time to know and understand their business, providing a full range of services from mechanical and electrical engineering, PLC programing, full plant layouts, OEE improvements, installation, startup, commissioning, and much more.”
